Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. It includes every feature; only the number of workspaces, projects and members and the storage are limited.
A workspace is your team's space: its members, settings and workflows. Projects live inside a workspace and hold the issues, boards and sprints. On Free you can own 1 workspace with 1 project, on Pro 5 workspaces with up to 5 projects each, and on Max and Enterprise as many as you need. You can also join any other workspace you're invited to.
On Free, up to 12 members per workspace. Pending invitations count toward the 12 until they are accepted or revoked. Pro, Max and Enterprise have no member limit. Invite people by email to the whole workspace or to a single project, and choose their role.
Paid plans are priced per user. Your seats are the distinct active members of the workspaces you own, you included, so someone in two of your workspaces is one seat. Pending invitations are not seats.
Sign up free, then open Plan & usage in the app and request the plan you want. Our team reviews the request and switches your plan, and we email you when it's done. Your workspaces, projects and issues stay as they are.
A downgrade takes effect at once, and nothing is deleted. A workspace that is over any limit of its plan becomes read-only: everyone can still view and download everything, and you can delete projects, issues, attachments or members. Once it is back under the limits, or the plan is upgraded, it is writable again.
